Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington is hiring a part-time, year-round Youth Development Professional - Games Lead!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Youth Development Professionals will:
- Lead the planning and implementation of activities for youth.
- Provide behavioral guidance using conflict resolution techniques, restorative practices, and problem-solving.
- Provide guidance, affirm positive behavior, and act as a role model for youth.
- Create and maintain a safe environment through active supervision, setting clear expectations, and ensuring clean program areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a national criminal background check, social security check, local criminal background check, and national sex offender registry background check.
- A willingness to learn how to work with youth is essential!
WORK SCHEDULE
- Must be available to work between the hours of 1 pm to 7 pm, Monday through Friday (expanded hours available during summer)
- Approximately 20-26 hours per week
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
- Part-time (PT) / Year-Round
- Non-Profit Organization
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $18.50 - $20.50 hourly depending on experience
- Paid time off accrual and 12 paid holidays
